In accordance with the regulations on transparency and protection of financial services clients, Esferalia Capital EAF makes available to its clients a Customer Service Department (hereinafter CSD) whose task will be to attend and resolve complaints and claims from their customers.
In addition, an Operating Regulation for the Defence of the Client that will regulate the CSD’s activity is available to customers.

In the manner and deadlines provided by Order ECO/734/2004, of 11 March, Esferalia Capital EAF will attend and resolve the complaints and claims presented by its clients, within two months of their presentation.
In the second instance, once the route of Esferalia Capital EAF’S Customer Service Department has been exhausted, they may contact the Complaints Service of the National Securities Market Commission:
